It is expected to construct a multi-storey housing project consists of 100 housing units targeting middle income earners in each electorate with the objective of providing housing to the middle class families who are homeless and need to live in urban areas in long run.

• Gampaha, Marandagahamula Housing Project

As the first pilot project under this program, the construction of 65 houses on Wewegodellawatta land in Marandagahamula Grama Niladhari Division in Divulapitiya Divisional Secretariat Division in Gampaha District commenced on 29.09.2021. The construction work is being carried out by the State Engineering Corporation.

• Anuradhapura, Dahaiyagama Housing Project

It is proposed to construct a housing project consisting of 150 houses on the land owned by the National Housing Development Authority at Dahaiyagama in the Anuradhapura District on a pre-sale basis. The construction work is being carried out by the State Development and Construction Corporation.

• Embilipitiya, Yodhagama Housing Project

 It is proposed to construct a housing project consisting of 120 houses on a pre-sale basis on the land owned by the National Housing Development Authority at Yodhagama in the Embilipitiya Divisional Secretariat Division in the Ratnapura District. Construction work is being carried out under Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd.
